One of the last remaining duck farms of Long Island, the Jurgielewicz family-owned farm raises up to 30,000 ducks a week to produce delicacies like duck confit, smoked duck and Chinese sausages. Bobby can't get enough of the "moist" and "flavorful" grilled duck breasts.
