Contenders in the Shrimp Dish Challenge share their ingredients and tips as they prepare to be judged and later, Anthony assists with a large shrimp boil and helps the island's pirates save it from invaders.

He checks out the world-ranked competitors at the rib eating contest and challenges a fest-goer to balloon darts, before finding out the winner of the People's Choice and critic's Best Ribs titles.

Barbecue Festival
Anthony Anderson heads to Tryon, N.C., home of the Blue Ridge BBQ and Music Festival, meeting featured rival chefs as they prepare their dishes for competition. Anthony tries other tasty offerings, like elk burgers, deep fried pickle and Asado goat, then challenges fest-goers on the carnival-like giant slide and mechanical bull before seeing who takes home the Governor's Trophy.

Strawberry Festival
Anthony Anderson joins the festivities at the Strawberry Festival in Long Grove, Ill., with 40,000 other fruit fans. 15 local chefs are competing for the "Best of the Best" dish title and the featured competitors share a few of their secrets. Anthony also steps in as the festival balloon artist, enjoys the wave photo booth and starts his own strawberry-eating competition with a group of kids. The excitement culminates as the judges pick which dish is the "Best of the Best."

Anthony Anderson licks, eats and slurps his way through the Rockwood Ice Cream Festival in Wilmington, Del., along with 40,000 other ice cream maniacs. Anthony satisfies his sweet tooth with ice cream concoctions like a bacon salted caramel sundae and a creative raspberry chocolate creation. For the cherry on top, he finds out who wins the honor of best "Sundaes on Sunday."
