Storie Sauliner loves beer. But the one thing she can't do is cook with it. Storie and Tyler do a little beer tasting and he shows her two great recipes with beer: Roast Leg of Lamb with Dark Beer, Honey and Thyme; and a Beer Battered Frito Misto.

Hail to Greece!

Lori Barrera is having a hard time finding authentic Greek flavors. Tyler helps Lori create a Classic Greek Salad with Grilled Calamari Skewers; Grilled Marinated Lamb; Lemony Chickpea Puree; and delicious Greek Yogurt with a Fig, Date and-Honey Swirl.

Korean BBQ

Lisa has never cooked Asian food and doesn't know where to start. Lisa and Tyler prepare a Mixed Korean Grill Feast of meat and seafood, with special Korean side dishes of Quick Spicy Kimchee; Sweet Pickled Daikon Radish; and Cool Sesame Cucumbers.

Spaghetti Western

Elizabeth would love Tyler to teach her how to make a big Italian meal so she can thank her band mates for all of their hard work. They make a Texas-size Antipasto, as well as Sicialian Style Spaghetti with Eggplant, and a Blood Orange Sorbetto.

The Whole Fish

Susan's problem is that she can't seem to make and present whole fish properly. Tyler teaches her how to make a Snapper Baked in a Salt Crust; Grilled Arctic Char stuffed with Tangerine and Fennel; and Grilled Sardines with a Lemon and Mint Salsa.

Chili Roundup

Stan can't cook a chili that's worth serving. He'd like to prove to his friends and family that he can master this Texas favorite. Tyler helps Stan to make Tyler's Texas Chili complete with Chipotles, Chocolate, and lots of Chili powder.

Chicken Fried Steak

Stacey Hurley can't make Chicken Fried Steak. Stacey calls on Tyler to help her. Together, they tackle this Texas classic as well as make some Mashed Potatoes, Buttermilk Biscuits, and Slow-Cooked Collard Greens. A Meal the hole family will enjoy.

Texas Tea Party

Tyler shows Sara Hickman some great ideas for a Tea Party, like Cranberry Baba Cakes and Pancetta, Pear, and Parmesan Scones. Plus, they make three great open faced sandwiches. With this food they all have a madcap Mad Hatter Tea Party!

Taco Obsession

Thanks to Tyler, Paige and Jason wow their friends and make the perfect Mexican tacos. Tyler helps them make Braised Pork Tacos; Tomatillo Salsa Verde; and delicious Corn Tortillas. Que bueno!

Texas Ranch Roast

Dorothy Randall needs help cooking a pig. Tyler decides the best way to cook their pig is to prepare the cut-up pieces with an Ancho Rub. They also make Calypso Bean Tomato and Poblano Stew; Grilled Corn on the Cob with Lime Butter; and Texas Coleslaw.

Frozen Feast

Christy Fichtner is hoping that Tyler can help her make some cool new dishes. She and Tyler whip up some Frozen Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail; Creamsicle Mimosa; and the best Margarita Ice Pops ever!

Positively Panini!

Jenny Blunier is having a real problem learning to use her panini press. Tyler teaches her to make a Cobb Salad Panini; a Roasted Mushroom, Goat Cheese and Truffle Oil Panini; and a Grilled Peanut Butter, Jelly and Banana Sandwich.

Tastes of Russia

Mark adopted 2 kids from Russia and has asked Tyler to help him with some recipes to make them feel at home. Tyler teaches Mark recipes for Beef Stroganoff, Roasted Beet & Apple Borscht and an Apple-cranberry Kissel.

Campfire Cooking

Greg Young and his friends love to go camping. Tyler's got a new twist on campfire food. He's showing Greg a gourmet meal of a Hearty Shiitake Mushroom and Miso Soup, Pan-Roasted Chicken, and Crisp Soba Noodles.

Slam Dunk Dinner

Tyler helps 3 Co-Eds from ASU's women's basketball team come up with better alternatives than microwaveable food, with recipes for Chicken Fried Rice, Steamed greens and Pineapple Banana Tofu Shooters.

Soul Food Praises

Tyler helps Diana in Las Vegas with some superior soul food dishes. With the help of her church group, Diana and Tyler make Fried Chicken, Macaroni & Cheese, Green Beans and Black Eyed Peas.

Girl Meets Grill

Tyler helps Cyndy take over the duties of grill master at her home, with recipes for Grilled Marinated Strip Steak, Spicy Crab Salad, and Grilled Fennel Dusted Tuna. Tyler also teaches Cyndy the sercrets of the gas grill.

Christmas in Vegas

Evi and her husband always hold an annual holiday party, but this year Evi wants to make it even more memorable. Tyler comes to the rescue with recipes for Homemade Potato Chips, Minestrone, Roasted Baby Pears with Goat cheese, and Grilled Beef Tenderloin.

Outdoor Entertaining

Kathleen and her husband want to entertain in their new backyard in San Diego, CA, but have no clue where to start. Tyler helps with some recipes for a tasty Grilled Antipasto Platter, Crispy Potatoes, Grill-Roasted Pork Loin and Fennel & Oranges.

Misha and her surfer friends love to hit the beach and then come ashore for some serious grub. Tyler shows MIsha how to make Spicy Chicken Coconut Curry, and how to make her own Curry Powder.

Fish Tacos

Eugenia has always loved fish tacos, and has asked Tyler to teach her how to make them. Tyler comes to her aid and shows her the secrets of the famed fish taco, as well as recipes for Chicken Burritos and a Spicy Mojo Sauce.

San Diego Surf 'n' Turf

Susan lives a couple of blocks from the beach, so its no wonder she loves surf and turf. Tyler shows her two fantastic recipes for Grilled Lamb Chops with Spicy Lobster and Sticky Braised Short Ribs with Seared Scallops.

Pasta for Five

Five young college freshman need some serious help when it comes to cooking for all of them in the kitchen. Tyler helps them out with some easy pasta dishes that feed a group and don't take forever, with recipes for Lasagna, Ravioli and Fennel Salad.

The Spaghetti Kid

Sergio is a 12 year old budding chef, but wants to step things up, so he's asked Tyler to help him. Tyler not only gives him some great shopping tips, but also teaches him new recipes for Sugo Sauce, Spaghetti & Meatballs, and a homemade Caesar Salad.

Great Grill, Great View

Marty and Shelley want to throw a grilling party with a sizzling menu and think Tyler must have a few recipe ideas. They make Grilled Chicken with Garlicky Portobello Salad, Southwest Beef Tenderloin, and a delicious Grilled Salmon with Mango Salsa.

Big Surf Clambake

Tyler lends a helping hand and shows Lili how to make a Grilled Banana Leaf Wrapped Salmon and an awesome Clam Bake with corn, potatoes, kielbasa, and, of course clams. Then they top it all off with a Vodka, Mint, and Lemon spiked Watermelon!

Tapas Premiere

Jed and his film student friends at USC always enjoy throwing "premiere" parties. Tyler comes to Jed's rescue with some recipes for Potato and Chorizo Tortilla, Manchego Quince Skewers, Serrano Ham, Mussels, and Stewed Chickpeas and Calamari.

Conquering Corned Beef

Tony's favorite dish in the world is Corned Beef and Cabbage, but he's too intimidated to even attempt trying to make it. Lucky for him Tyler shows up and teaches him how to go about making Corned Beef and Cabbage and some Herbed Root Vegetables.

No Risk Lobster Bisque

Kathy and her family are huge fans of lobster bisque. Kathy's made one bad batch after another. Tyler stops by to show her the secrets to a rich Lobster Bisque and tops it off with Grilled Brie and Tomato on Crusty Bread.

Chinese Roots

John Sun loves ordering Chinese food, but is totally lost when it comes to cooking it. Tyler helps John create an amazing Chinese menu for his friends. They create a delectable menu of Scallion Pancakes, General Tso's Chicken, and Salt and Pepper Shrimp.

Healthy Picnic for Two

Lisa and her boyfriend can't agree when it comes to cooking. Tyler comes up with a picnic meal of Salmon, Couscous, and Watercress with Creamy Herb Dressing, Ratatouille, and a gorgeous salad of Mozzarella, Tomato, and Basil

Season 5, Episode 41

Mexican Fiesta

Steve, the lead singer of Smashmouth has asked Tyler to help him with some recipes for Mexican food that he can prepare on the road. Tyler and Steve create Shrimp Ceviche, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, and mini servings of Spicy Grilled Tenderloin Carpaccio.

Flavors of Central America

Pete has a love of Central American food, but no idea how to make it. Tyler comes to his aid with recipes for a fresh and flavorful Tortilla Fish Soup, as well as an authentic Chicken Mole that bring his taste buds back to Central America.

Sunday Dinner

Sarah and her family always get together for a Sunday Dinner, but Sarah isn't much of a cook. She enlists Tyler's help to prepare a good old fashioned Sunday dinner Roasted Chicken with Mashed Parsnips and Potatoes, and a Lemon Blueberry Tart

Wine Country Asian

It's Tyler to the rescue as he joins Patsy at the Benziger Family Winery to cook up a red hot menu that includes Singapore-Style Chili Crabs, Chinese Deep Fried Fish with Spicy Black Bean Sauce, and Spicy Thai-Flavor Soup.

Firehouse Thanksgiving

Eric, a firefighter in Portland is cooking Thanksgiving dinner for his firehouse, and has enlisted Tyler's help to make it memorable. They make Citrus Marinated Turkey,Gravy, Green Bean Casserole, Mashed Potatoes, and Sweet Potato Pie.

Brunch Bests

John and Bill aren't sure how to make the perfect brunch, so they've asked Tyler to help them. Tyler gives them some great tips and together they make Strawberry and Cheese Blintzes, Green Eggs and Ham, and Champagne Lemonade.

Parisian Favorites

Julie misses all the wonderful tastes of Paris and would love to recreate them. She and Tyler prepare a French feast for Julie's travel buddies, including a Frisee Salad, Creamy Garlicky Mussels, and French Fries with Garlic Mayonnaise.

Heavenly Prime Rib

Bill has mastered cuisines like Mexican and Italian, but the key to making a perfect prime rib eludes him. Tyler shows him how to make a Horseradish and Salt Crusted Prime Rib with Crunchy Rosemary Potatoes, Creamed Spinach, and Herbed Yorkshire Pudding.

Wendi and Cindi are twins who fell in love with Caribbean flavors. With the help of Tyler they transport their friends and family to Barbados with a Caribbean inspired party that includes Halibut Escabeche, Cornmeal with Okra, and Bajan Chicken.

Salmon in Seattle

Sandy lives in seattle but has no clue how to cook salmon. Tyler arrives on the scene to show Sandy how to make a delicious Pan Roasted Soy Lacquered Salmon, as well as Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura, Cold Sesame Noodles, and Spicy Pickled Cucumbers.
