Emily Lu of Armonk, NY loves to eat soft-shell crabs, but has no idea how to cook them. She and Tyler learn how to select soft-shell crab. Then, they prep them for three tasty dishes: Soft-Shell Crab Salad; Soft-Shell Crab B.L.T.; and Sautéed Soft-Shell.
