Guido's Po Boy Duo

Guy Fieri makes a big feast inspired by the big easy, with two po'boy sandwiches: one's filled with plump cornmeal-fried oysters, the other with roasted buttermilk brined turkey breast. Both get piled with fixins and a generous drizzle of Miss Dixie's Remoulade, a creamy, chunky, Creole-spiced sauce. A side of fries cooked in duck fat are a golden, crispy, delicious taste of the good life. A glass of Sonoma sparkling wine is makes this po'boy meal that much richer.
