Tyler is in search of the Ultimate pancakes. In Lyon he is shown how to make crepes Suzette. Then Tyler treats himself to apple pancakes in Hyde Park, NY. Full of inspiration, Tyler goes home to his NYC kitchen to create his own Ultimate Pancake.
