Risotto

Tyler Florence travels to Verona in search of the Ultimate Risotto. Pumpkin Risotto is on the menu and Tyler discovers a rather unusual technique of cooking risotto. He then heads off to Alba in Piemonte for a truffle hunt and Wild Mushroom Risotto.
