January: Tropical Citrus Smoothie

Blend 1 peeled clementine, 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks, 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut milk beverage, 2 teaspoons light brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon each ground turmeric and grated lime zest and 1 teaspoon lime juice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with a clementine slice.

February: Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Soak 1 tablespoon chia seeds in water for 5 minutes; drain. Blend 1 cup frozen dragon fruit chunks, 1 chopped peeled Bartlett pear, 3/4 cup frozen pitted cherries, 1 tablespoon each lime juice and honey and 2 teaspoons chopped fresh ginger in a blender until smooth; stir in the chia seeds. Pour into a glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

March: Super Green Smoothie

Blend 2 cups chopped mixed greens (such as kale, spinach, and/or Swiss chard), 1 1/2 cups cold coconut water, 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks, 1 chopped peeled green apple, 1/2 avocado, 2 teaspoons each greens powder, honey or agave, grated fresh ginger and lemon juice and 1 cup ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass.
