This dressing is delicious. It's now my go-to blue cheese dressing. I made it with light sour cream, low fat mayo and buttermilk. I didn't have hot sauce but added a few drops of worcestershire sauce and substituted the green parts of a scallion instead of chives. Just trying to make use of what I had on hand. The lemon and garlic make it sing. Don't spend a lot on expensive blue cheese to go in dressing. The cheap stuff tastes just as good.
