Very basic guacamole recipe. Being from Texas, I've been making guac since I can remember. A few notes: Cumin isn't quite necessary, but if you got it, go ahead and use it. I like to dice up a jalapeno in the guac as well. I always have a few spare cans of Rotel in my pantry, which work great to replace the tomatoes if you want quicker guac (buy the hot Rotel if you want to make it a bit spicy. Make sure when you store, you push the plastic wrap all the way down to the guac, keeps it fresh and bright green longer.

I really enjoyed this recipe. I didn't have the roma tomatoes so, I cheated and substituted 2 tbs salsa. It worked. I intend to make this in the future.
