Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons finely grated ginger
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a lidded jar and shake well to combine. Serve as a dipping sauce for tempura.

I've used this with tempura, chicken lettuce wraps, spring rolls, and potstickers. My husband and I absolutely adore it. We usually use the extra (if there is any in a marinade.
