Super tasty, sweet, and healthy snack!

My daughter & I were in the mood for some fresh berries. Ran across this recipe and we both winced at the thought of the... basalmic vinegar with fruit. She wanted me to find a different recipe but I had to try it after reading the reviews. It was so easy to put together and OH MY GOODNESS, it was so good. We ate it with a dollop of whip cream on top. One of the best treats ever! I also tried it with ice cream. That was good too but I like it better with just a little whip cream. This would be great served over waffles, pancakes, and lots of things. This recipe is a keeper. Absolutely delish!Read more

I served this at a brunch.... it was absolutely delicious and beautiful, too! I used blackberries instead of raspberries (I... couldn't find them) and a white balsamic vinagriette, infused with fig.... with a little sugar, it was just perfect. There was NOTHING left and I made a lot!Read more
