Ingredients
- 6 ears corn, husked and cleaned of silk
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 to 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper, or to taste
- Juice of 2 limes (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add the corn and cook just 4 minutes, no longer.
Meanwhile, melt the butter with the cayenne. Add the lime juice and salt. Drain the corn, brush generously with the flavored butter and serve immediately.

This added a nice kick to the corn. The butter had a nice kick of spice and the lime added a freshness to it.
