I think "anonymous" must be a YANKEE! This recipe WOWS people every time I roll it out. The maple syrup infused into the sausage/beef mixture gives it the flavor a "breakfast burger" should have, and the Salsa is the best - I make it seperately every couple of weeks and give it out to friends and Clients. It is the most unusal and tasty salsa on the planet. TRY IT !!!!
