We created a drink made with Galaxy Syrup, a mixer from Torani that has raspberry and rum notes. There's a legitimate outer-space connection: Scientists have discovered that ethyl formate, a chemical that gives raspberries their taste, is floating around the galaxy.
Directions
- Pour 3/4 ounce Torani Galaxy Syrup into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with 1 1/2 ounces dark rum, a squeeze of lime juice and 6 ounces ginger beer. Garnish with crystallized ginger.
