Cold foam is the ultimate way to elevate your summer iced coffee, and it’s a lot easier to prepare than you’d think. You can also flavor it however you like. Omit the cocoa powder and experiment with vanilla, mint or almond extracts.
Combine the heavy cream, confectioners’ sugar, cocoa powder and chocolate malt powder in a tall glass or liquid measuring cup. Whip with a milk frother until thick and fluffy, about 1 minute. Fold in the milk to thin the mixture slightly. Dollop on top of iced coffee.
