Puree 1 cup baby spinach, 1/2 chopped seedless cucumber, 1/2 serrano pepper (seeded for less heat) and 1/4 cup water in a blender; strain through a fine-mesh sieve. For each margarita, shake 1 1/2 ounces each green juice and silver tequila, 3/4 ounce lime juice and 1/4 ounce agave in a shaker with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass rimmed with chili-lime seasoning. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
