Frozen Grape and Mint Margarita

  1. Put 1/2 cup seedless green grapes on a plate and freeze until firm, at least 2 hours. Transfer to a blender and add 1/4 cup packed fresh mint, 2 ounces silver tequila, 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon superfine sugar and 1/2 cup ice; blend until thick and smooth, adding more ice as needed. Garnish with a grape.
