  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves
  • 3/4 cup kosher salt
  • 3/4 cup sea salt

Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor and pulse until salt is bright green.

    I would like to make this, however, I need to know what the storage procedure would be. Since there is fresh cilantro in it, does it need to be kept refrigerated and/or how long will it keep? I rated it poor since this important info was left out.
