Greatness! Was worried about the amount of "rooster sauce" but it was not too much/too spicy. We avoid processed sugar and substituted agave nectar. As previous contributor stated, works well on traditional salad and slaw.

Excellent dressing! We use it for cole slaw, salads, and fish tacos. We love it.

This was one of the most interesting, tasty dressings I have ever had. Utterly addictive. I have made this many times and every time I do, inevitably I’m asked for the recipe. Wonderful. Do give it a try.
