Ingredients

Directions

In a large bowl, sprinkle the gelatine over 1 cup of the juice and allow to stand for a few minutes. Meanwhile, heat the remaining 3 cups of juice until just boiling and pour it over the juice and gelatin mixture. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved.

Pour into a 9 by 9-inch pan and chill until firm, about 3 hours or overnight. Dip the pan briefly into hot water to loosen, cut into squares or shapes, and serve.

I used cranberry juice for this recipe and it came out horrible, it had very little taste and what taste was there was bad, I wouldn't reccommend using cranberry juice.

Okay, I have to agree with a few of the others--I think adding sugar would make a world of difference. However, that being said the one thing that bugs me about Ina is she only keeps her recipes on for a short time and then she wants us to go out and purchase her books. Paula's are always available.
