This iconic cocktail originated from the legendary Pat O’Brien’s Bar in New Orleans, but you can find them all over the Crescent City. It's fruity and juicy and packs a real punch with two kinds of rum! The original version is served on the rocks, but I love a frozen drink, so I like to do a blended version. Watch out for the brain freeze!
Combine 3 cups of ice with the orange juice, white rum, grenadine, passionfruit pulp, pineapple juice and spiced or dark rum in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into hurricane glasses and garnish with the cherries and orange slices.
