This was the first recipe of the Neely's that I made and it was also the first time I hosted Christmas Eve for 20+ people. I wanted to make something fairly simple so I wouldn't be in the kitchen the whole time and not talking to my guests. This worked out very well! I followed the directions, I just used frozen peaches and I omitted the ginger (I have never been a fan of ginger. I was also sure to glaze it every 15 minutes like it called for. I had an uncle here who is a "ham enthusiast" haha and said it was one of the best hams he ever had. And then I had my Dad here who isn't a huge fan of ham, but said it was delcious. What he really enjoyed was we made a sauce out of the left over juices. It had a peachy-mustardy taste to it that everyone seemed to enjoy. Will keep this recipe for future get togethers.
