Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried or fresh bell pepper
  • Pinch of basil
  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
Directions

Combine all ingredients (except for ribs) in a bowl and rub into meat. Marinate for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Grill at very high heat, approximately 30 minutes. Flip the meat three times on each side.
