- Add the tequila, apple juice, BBQ sauce and brown sugar to a cocktail shaker or mason jar. Put on the lid and shake until well combined. Fill a glass with ice. Pour the cocktail over the ice, so it’s about three-quarters full, then top up the glass with the soda. Garnish with the apple chip.
