Ree has reinvented the shrimp cocktail for her party entertaining. Normally, shrimp cocktails are served cold with a ketchup based cocktail sauce. This Cajun version is served hot and the sauce is creamy. Ree likes to prepare this dish in front of her guests while chatting over a glass of wine.

Directions
Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
In a small bowl, mix the tartar sauce and prepared horseradish. Set aside.
Toss the shrimp with the Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper. Add the shrimp to the skillet and move into a single layer so that each shrimp is touching the base of the skillet. Add the garlic and most of the green onions, then cook, undisturbed, for 2 to 3 minutes. Toss and cook until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Remove the skillet from the heat and add the parsley and lemon juice. Toss to combine, then transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with the remaining green onions and lemon slices. Add the bowl of sauce to the platter with a spoon so everyone can enjoy.
