i'd give 5 stars except the instructions don't match the ingredients. why would you boil water for cold brew bags and steep them? you put them in the cold water and let it sit. i put cold brew tea in the refrigerator to "steep". seems to taste a bit smoother and it stays cold while brewing. when using an iced tea maker, put the sugar into the pitcher before brewing. stir when done. then add the ice or just pour over the ice. makes a stronger tea and the sugar is all dissolved.

I've been making sweet tea for 40 years and didn't know I was doing it wrong...eeeks! I nuke 4 lg. tea bags in a couple cups of water 6 min. (or just before it boils, pour into a half gallon "tea jug," add a rounded cup of sugar, fill it up with water and stir. Same recipe-just quicker...ask Paula- I bet she does hers at her house the same way - 5 stars any way you do it.
