Apple Cider Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups apple cider

6 tablespoons heavy cream 

Pinch kosher salt 

Directions

  1. Reduce the apple cider in a saucepan over medium-high heat until it's thick and coats the back of a wooden spoon, 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in the cream and salt and cook until it reaches the desired consistency, an additional 2 to 3 minutes.

Simple, creative, delish!! It even worked brushed on bacon that I made in the oven. Based one side, halfway through flipped the bacon did the other side and when I took the bacon out, brushed one side again with crushed pecans on top of it....let it sit a few mins. and served, everyone was raving about it! Oh yummmm, I need to make it again and again and....(wink) it really was good
