Ingredients

12 ounces coconut water

2 large handfuls baby spinach 

1/4 fresh pineapple, cut into cubes 

Directions

  1. Put the coconut water spinach and pineapple in a blender and whirl until smooth. Serve.

Cook’s Note

Add 1/2 cup yogurt and/or a banana for a creamier texture.

This is a very nice and refreshing recipe. I used pineapple flavored coconut water and added frozen bananas.
