Maple Glazed Walnuts

Ingredients

2 cups walnut halves

1/3 cup maple syrup

1/8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat a dry skillet over a medium-high heat. Add the walnuts, maple syrup and salt. Cook, stirring frequently, until syrup is caramelized and nuts are toasted, about 3 minutes. Let cool.

So easy to make and delicious! I used three cups walnut and 1/3 cups of maple syrup. They still come out very sweet. I like how the syrup amount can be adjusted less or more based on personal preference. This is a great way to use the giant bag of walnuts we bought at Costco.
