Ingredients

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper 

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom 

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 

Directions

  1. Whisk together the cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, nutmeg and salt in a small bowl. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store for up to 6 months.
