Ingredients

3 cups cut up and seeded watermelon

3 scoops lemon sherbet

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions

  1. Spread out the watermelon chunks on a cookie sheet and freeze it. Place the watermelon, sherbet and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
