Ingredients
4 tablespoons butter
4 cups marshmallows
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups sugar
Pinch salt
3 cups white chocolate chips
Red sprinkles, for topping
Directions
- Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with foil. Combine the butter, marshmallows, cream, sugar and salt in a saucepan and cook, stirring, until melted and combined, about 5 minutes. Off the heat, stir in the white chocolate chips until smooth.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer in the prepared baking dish and top with red sprinkles. Let cool, then cut into squares.
