Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with foil. Combine the butter, marshmallows, cream, sugar and salt in a saucepan and cook, stirring, until melted and combined, about 5 minutes. Off the heat, stir in the white chocolate chips until smooth.
Spread the mixture in an even layer in the prepared baking dish and top with red sprinkles. Let cool, then cut into squares.
