Pink French 77

The Pink French 77 is a twist on the classic French 75 that was created in 1915 at the New York Bar in Paris. The difference is the elderflower liqueur, which provides a subtle floral note that is a perfect complement to the citrus and pairs impeccably well with Champagne. Cheers!

My husband and I had this cocktail with our belated Valentine's Day dinner last night. It was delicious! I wouldn't change a thing! And be sure to use fresh lemon juice. It really makes a difference. Thanks, GZ!
