I was pretty sure when I watched this on TV, she started with 8 cups of water.and used 1 1/2 Cups sugar.I also used a reviewers recommendation and used Tazo Passion tea bags.from Starbucks. I used 8 tea bags and let them steep about 15 minutes. After if cooled I added 1 cup Absolute Hibiscus flavored vodka and the citrus juice. It is amazingly good. Sneaky. One of those drinks you could easily drink without noticing the alcohol! Loved it. Having it for my Ladies Swap Party~
