Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon salt

Ground black pepper

3 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and mashed

1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained

3/4 cup chopped onion

1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice

Tortilla chips, optional

Directions

  1. 1. Mix avocados, drained tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Season with pepper to taste.
  2. 2. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
