Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon salt
Ground black pepper
3 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and mashed
1 can (10 oz each) Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, drained
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon lemon or lime juice
Tortilla chips, optional
Directions
- 1. Mix avocados, drained tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Season with pepper to taste.
- 2. Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
