Ingredients
2 cups plain yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 vanilla bean, split
1 1/4 cups simple syrup made from equal parts sugar and water
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Directions
- Combine ingredients. Chill 30 minutes then turn in an ice cream freezer.
