Mango Lassi

Ingredients

4 cups frozen chopped mango

2 cups plain yogurt

1 cup water

1/4 cup honey

2 teaspoons ground cardamom

Directions

  1. Place the frozen mangos, yogurt, water, honey and cardamom into a blender, and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve the lassi in tall glasses.
