Ingredients
2 cups mango chunks
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup yogurt
Ice cubes, as needed
1/8 teaspoon ground star anise, optional
1/8 teaspoon ground mint, optional
Directions
- Put the mango chunks, sugar, yogurt, ice cubes, star anise, if using, and ground mint, if using into a blender and process until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Transfer and divide the mango shake between 2 glasses and serve.
