Ingredients
1 dozen Belon oysters
2 minced shallots
2 lemons, juiced
1 tablespoon super finely minced lemon grass
1 teaspoon finely minced lemon zest
Directions
- Mix all together and lightly top the oysters. Serve on a bed of crushed ice.
