Potato Salad

Ingredients

6 large potatoes

2 cups mayonnaise

2 cups salad dressing

4 ounces pimentos, diced

1 tablespoon mustard

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons pepper

6 teaspoons finely chopped onion

1 cup dill relish

Directions

  1. Boil potatoes with skin on until tender.
  2. While potatoes are cooking mix other ingredients together and set aside. Cool potatoes, dice and stir into the other ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours for flavors to combine.

It is to sweet with no pazzazzz. I omited the relish and added a tbl of wine vinegar and a few hard boiled eggs and it was FABULOUS!!!
