Yummmmmm!!! What a great alternative to the usual champagne at midnight. This was velvety yet light and flavorful, with just a hint of alcohol noticed. Perfect! It did take quite a bit of blending so allow ample time - 15/20 min. For those who didn't want alcohol at midnight, I just blended the sorbet with Sprite. Will definitely serve this again :)
