Seeing as though COVID-19 has totally disrupted life as we once knew it, I've been cooking a lot more and trying out new recipes along the way. Made as is. Did not want the fennel seed to overpower the dish so I only used 1/4 tsp; plus I’m not a fan of black licorice. OMG!!! This dish just made it to the “must have” on the appetizer menu for a 2021 post-COVID-19-free (hopefully) family get-together!
