Ingredients

1/3 cup apricot nectar

1/4 cup lime juice

1/4 cup apricot brandy

1/4 cup light rum

4 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Cover and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass and serve immediately.

I love apricots but this drink didn't sit too well with me. It had too much lime juice and wasn't sweet enough. Sorry.
