Peach Rum Punch

Ingredients

2 cups frozen peaches

2 cups lemon-flavored rum (recommended: Bacardi Limon)

3 cups peach nectar (recommended: Kerns)

1 cup pineapple juice

1 cup ginger ale

Directions

  1. Chill all ingredients.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl, adding ginger ale last.
  3. Serve cold.

I had a party for 65 and they finished off the punch before anything else. Should have made double. The frozen peaches serve as ice cubes and dress it up fancy. Bacardi Limon rum is not much more $$ than their regular rum.
