Ingredients
3 ounces coconut water
1 bar spoon whey protein powder
1/2 lime
Directions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the coconut water, whey protein and one squeeze of lime juice. Shake for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
