2 1/2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (medium chunks; about 18 cookies)

2 1/2 cups cream 

Directions

Special equipment:
ice-pop molds
  1. Divide the crushed cookies evenly among 10 ice-pop molds. Pour the cream over the cookie chunks until each mold is filled. Freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
