Ingredients
Cooking spray, as needed
2 tablespoons water
1/4 cup julienned carrots
1/4 cup julienned celery
1/4 cup julienned red bell pepper
1/4 cup julienned yellow bell pepper
2 tablespoons toasted peanuts
1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Spray a large skillet with cooking spray, and add water. Add the carrots, celery, red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, peanuts, garlic, and hot pepper flakes and saute until tender, but still crisp. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
