Mom's Amped Up Snack Mix

Ingredients

3 cups honey-sweetened corn cereal squares

3 cups Cheddar cheese crispy cracker chips 

2 cups mini pretzel twists 

1 cup wasabi peas 

1 cup mixed nuts 

One 3-ounce package ramen noodle soup, noodles broken into pieces, seasoning packet reserved

1 stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter, melted 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Line 2 large rimmed baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Stir together the cereal, cheese cracker chips, pretzels, peas, nut and ramen noodle pieces in a large bowl. Stir the reserved seasoning packet into the melted butter. Pour over the cereal mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Spread the mixture between the prepared baking sheets and bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes. Cool completely before serving, about 10 minutes.

I have made this twice already and I'm addicted. Also, instead of regular mixed nuts, I put in BBQ Nuts and didn't add them until after everything else was baked. Absolutely delicious. This recipe is going to be repeated many times.
